Cause Village Art Installation

Once again, festival goers will be greeted by a 20-foot tall CAUSE VILLAGE art installation as they enter Cause Village, the philanthropic footprint at Made in America. Each letter will be designed by local artists and students who were inspired by a cause that is represented at CAUSE VILLAGE.

We are excited to invite a new cohort of artists and students to submit a design that is uplifting and community focused. 12 artists will be selected to have their design featured on one of the CAUSE VILLAGE letters. The design will be printed on vinyl skins and applied to each letter.

Guidelines for Design Submissions:

Designs must be uplifting and inspired by causes represented at CAUSE VILLAGE, including education, voter registration, animal welfare, LGBTQIA+ rights, housing, hunger, homelessness, arts and culture, financial literacy, mental health, environmental sustainability, workforce development, social justice and civil rights, to name a few.
Select one letter to design. Please note that the letter you select is not guaranteed and your design might be used on a different letter than submitted.
Vector artwork is highly preferable. If not possible, please ensure artwork is at least 1500(W) x 3000(H) px wide.

Selected Artists Requirements & Benefits:

Selected artists and artwork will be featured in the promotions of MIA CAUSE VILLAGE, on the official website, and during the festival.
Selected artists must be available to attend both days of the festival (September 2nd + 3rd) in Philadelphia, PA.
Selected artists must spend time at the Cause Village Art Installation booth to showcase their work and share their inspiration for their designs.
Selected artists must support social media and PR marketing of their artwork.
Selected artists must complete an Appearance Release Form.
